Lisa is global chief operating officer for the Technology Division and the firm’s global strategists. In this role, she has oversight for the technology management and finance functions. She serves on the Technology Division Executive Leadership Group, Firmwide Technology Risk Committee and is a member of the Women’s Network and the Firmwide Black Network. Lisa was the chief operating officer for the Securities Division in Asia Pacific from 2009 to 2015. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as an attorney in the Legal Division, and was hired in 2005 to become the chief operating officer for the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) Bank Loan Syndications and Trading businesses in New York and London. Lisa was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2012.

Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was a corporate attorney in the law firm of Richards Spears Kibbe & Orbe, where she was elected to partner in 2004.
Lisa is chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation of Orthopedics and Complex Spine and is actively involved in the Dikembe Mutombo Foundation.

Lisa earned a BA in Sociology, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota in 1993 and a JD from Harvard Law School in 1996
